Continuous Data Protection

Hard drives do fail. Human error does happen. Do not risk your data. ServerPoint now offers continuous data protection (CDP) for your
dedicated server.

How is CDP different? Our backup software monitors, in real time, the changes being done in your server's hard drive. Then, when the time comes to back up your server, it transfers those changes to our multi-terabyte central backup system. Typical backup programs have to go through the entire hard disk looking for changes, causing your server to slow down.

  • Can be configured to backup as frequently as every hour
  • We manage the central backup system, saving you time and effort

  • Keeps multiple versions of a file every time it changes, so you can restore older copies of a file or folder

Our backup service is also quite inexpensive! It is only $29.95/month for up to 30GBs of data per server, and $49.95/month for up to 80GBs of data per server.
