Subprocessors

A+ Hosting Inc. DBA ServerPoint.com ("ServerPoint", "we", "us", "our") uses the following third-party service providers (subprocessors) to help us deliver our services. These subprocessors may process personal data on our behalf in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement and applicable data protection laws.

About this page: This list identifies the third-party companies that may process your personal data as part of providing ServerPoint's services. We keep this page updated as our subprocessors change.

1. Current subprocessors

In Plain English: These are the companies that help us run our services — processing payments, delivering emails, protecting our network, registering domains, and analyzing website usage. Each one only gets the data they need to do their job.

2. How we select subprocessors

In Plain English: We vet every company we share your data with. They must meet our security and privacy standards, and we have contracts in place that require them to protect your data.

Before engaging any subprocessor, ServerPoint evaluates their data protection practices to ensure they provide sufficient guarantees regarding the security and confidentiality of personal data. All subprocessors are contractually bound to:

  • Process personal data only as instructed by ServerPoint
  • Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
  • Notify ServerPoint of any data breaches without undue delay
  • Delete or return personal data upon termination of the relationship
  • Comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable

3. Changes to subprocessors

In Plain English: If we start using a new company to process your data, we'll update this page. If you have a DPA with us, you can object to new subprocessors as described in that agreement.

ServerPoint may update this list from time to time as we add, remove, or replace subprocessors. We will update this page to reflect any changes.

If you have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with ServerPoint, you may object to the appointment of a new subprocessor on reasonable grounds related to data protection, as described in Section 3.4 of the DPA.

4. Customer-hosted data

In Plain English: The data your visitors and customers store on your server is your responsibility. Our subprocessors listed here handle ServerPoint's own operations, not the content you host.

This subprocessors list relates to data that ServerPoint processes as part of providing its services (account management, billing, support, website operations). Data that customers host on ServerPoint's infrastructure (websites, databases, applications) is under the customer's control and is not processed by these subprocessors unless the customer independently chooses to use the same services.
