Now, when you log in to ServerPoint's Client Portal at https://porta.serverpoint.com, you will find a new link on your left menu called "Support".

There, you can create a ticket with our staff and begin a communication thread with us.

Whether you need support for your virtual server hosting, bare metal hosting, web hosting or any other type of service you have with us, you will find there the appropriate department to communicate.
