Why Singapore is the hub
Singapore sits at the convergence point of most submarine fiber cables in Southeast Asia. Nearly all internet traffic in the region passes through Singapore at some point. This makes it the lowest-latency location for reaching users across the surrounding countries.
The numbers tell the story. Typical latency from our Singapore VPS to Thailand is around 30 ms. To Sydney, about 80 ms. To Malaysia, under 10 ms. These are fast enough for real-time applications, web serving, API hosting, and video streaming.
Infrastructure
We host at Equinix SG3, one of Singapore’s premier data center facilities. Equinix is the same company that hosts AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud in Singapore, so the quality of the facility, power, cooling, and connectivity is as good as it gets.
Our network at this location uses multiple carriers for redundancy and performance:

- HE.net: Global IPv6 leader and major transit provider
- PCCW Global: Strong backbone across Greater China, Japan, and Southeast Asia
- SGIX peering: Direct connectivity to local Singapore networks and regional ISPs
- Path.net DDoS protection: All traffic is scrubbed for DDoS attacks at no extra cost
What customers run here
One of Thailand’s largest web hosting providers runs their entire infrastructure on our Singapore platform, which speaks to the reliability and capacity we’ve built at this location. Other customers run application backends, e-commerce sites, gaming servers, API gateways, and development environments.
Both Linux VPS and Windows VPS are available, with the same plan options and management console as our other regions. We also offer dedicated servers at this location.
